The liquidator of Arch Real Estate Investment Company (under liquidation) has invited its shareholders to attend the postponed ordinary general assembly in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law, scheduled for Thursday, March 27, 2025. 

The meeting agenda includes several important items, including the appointment of Nabi Al-Duwaila as the auditor for the financial years extending from March 31, 2020, to March 31, 2024, in addition to hearing and approving the auditor's report for those years and discussing and adopting the financial statements for the same financial years.

The company’s general assembly will also discuss the report of violations and penalties issued by regulatory authorities (if any) and review the release of the liquidator from liability regarding all legal, financial, and administrative actions for the financial years from 2020 to 2024.

Moreover, consideration will be given to appointing or reappointing the company's auditor Nabi Al-Duwaila for the financial year ending on March 31, 2025, with the board of directors authorized to determine his fees.
