The extraordinary general assembly of OTC 994 Med Seale Medical Company, held on Thursday, February 13, 2025, approved the amendment of Article (4) of the Articles of Incorporation and Article (6) of its articles of association, in accordance with the provisions of Decree Law No. 1/2016 on Companies and their amendments and executive regulations. 

The objectives for which the company was established are (medical purposes), as follows:

•    Establishing, operating, and managing private medical centers.
•    Establishing, operating, and managing a private medical laboratory.
•    Establishing, operating, and managing private medical hospitals.
•    Establishing, operating, and managing a private health clinic.
•    Establishing, operating, and managing a center/complex for traditional and complementary medicine.
•    Providing home healthcare services.
•    Wholesaling of pharmaceutical and medical goods, medical tools and devices, perfumes, and cosmetics.
•    Wholesaling of pharmaceutical and medical goods.
•    Retail sales of pharmaceutical and medical products, cosmetics, and personal care items.
•    Importing medicines and medical supplies.
•    Studying, executing, and managing health projects.
•    Ownership of real estate and movable properties for the benefit of the company.
•    Investing financial surpluses in investment portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities.
