Arabi Holding Group has announced the extension of a banking facilities contract for its subsidiary Arabi EnerTech Company, with a local bank valued at K.D. 8,278,000 (Eight million, two hundred seventy-eight thousand Kuwaiti Dinars) until March 31, 2025.

It is worth noting that Ahli Holding previously disclosed that the subsidiary for which the contract extension is applicable is Arabi EnerTech Company, and this contract has been extended multiple times, with the latest extension occurring in February 2025.

The company did not provide further details regarding the bank involved in the extension in its statement to the Kuwait Stock Exchange on Thursday, mentioning that there would be no financial impact from this development.
