ALmowazi Capital has announced the opening of nominations for its Board of Directors (Independent Member) for the current term, effective for two weeks from today, Sunday, February 23, 2025.

The company has invited its shareholders who are interested in nominating themselves and meeting the conditions and guidelines outlined in the instructions issued by the Capital Markets Authority regarding registered positions and rules of competence and integrity, as well as governance rules that outline the controls for the nomination process for board membership of the licensed entity to visit its headquarters.

Shareholders are required to complete the related forms and submit the necessary documents according to Book Five of the Executive Regulations of Law No. (7) of 2010 concerning the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activity, to be submitted to the authority. Nomination requests are subject to prior approval by the Capital Markets Authority.
