He pointed out that Salamtak aims to ease access to a variety of medical services through an impressive smart application, including nursing, lab tests, radiology, physical therapy, appointment bookings with specialized medical centers and hospitals, as well as scheduling appointments with doctors across various specialties and online medical consultations in emergency situations.
The platform also offers medication and medical supplies delivery from pharmacies contracted with the company upon request, contributing to improving the quality of healthcare provided to users.

In turn, Malhas stated that Salamtak is a pioneering step in enhancing the healthcare experience in the technological medical sector in Kuwait, and as part of a strategic partnership between KIB and Med Sale Medical, the platform combines the latest technologies and health services to act as a health city and an innovative interface supporting both user and physician experiences in accessing all medical services, from scheduling appointments to shopping via an e-store that features the largest collection of medical products, with around 20,000 products from top pharmacies (35 licensed pharmacies from the Ministry of Health), in addition to 18 medical device companies, along with health institutions offering supportive medical services like home healthcare.
