The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has announced the invitation for the shareholders of TAIBA Kuwait Holding Company to attend the ordinary general assembly meeting, as per Articles (206 and 207) of the Companies Law No. 1 of 2016 and its executive regulations.

The meeting is scheduled for 11:00 AM on Monday, February 24, 2025, in the Mubarak Meetings Hall, Ministry of Commerce and Industry Building. 

The agenda will include a request from shareholders to dismiss the current liquidation committee (Nabil Muhammad Ali Abdul-Rasool and Al-Tayeb Ahmed Sadqi Al-Jani) and appoint a new liquidation committee.

Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting or their representatives are advised to visit the Kuwait Clearing Company with the necessary share ownership documents to receive attendance cards or proxy forms.

It is noted that if the required quorum is not reached, the meeting will be postponed to Monday, March 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the same venue, and this announcement shall be applicable to the postponed meeting.
