The general assembly of Kuwait Flour Mills and Bakeries, which convened on February 10, 2025, approved the amendment of Article (6) of the Articles of association and Article (5) of its Articles of Incorporation related to the company's purposes.

These purposes include the production of vegetable and animal oils and fats, the production and refining of vegetable oils, the production and refining of olive oil, and the production and refining of corn and sunflower oil. 

Additionally, the purposes encompass the production and refining of margarine, manufacturing products, grinding, and packing corn, barley, grains, flour, and dough for bakeries, as well as storage in silos for grains and flour and food and agricultural products warehouses.
