AlOula Slaughter House Company will hold its ordinary general assembly on Monday, March 25, 2025, to discuss the reports of the board of directors and the auditor, as well as reports on violations and penalties issued by government entities (if any), and transactions with related parties and their ratification.
The assembly will also discuss the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024, and approve them, along with the distribution of cash dividends at 12%, equating to (12 Fils), totaling KWD 300,000 for each share to registered shareholders in the company’s records up to the date of the general assembly.
Additionally, it will discuss the deduction for the legal reserve at 10%, amounting to KWD 161,886, and an optional deduction at 10%, also KWD 161,886, designated for purposes defined by the general assembly in accordance with the company's articles of incorporation and articles of association.
The upcoming general assembly will also discuss the remuneration of board members at a total amount of KWD 10,000, release, and exoneration of them concerning their financial, legal, and administrative actions for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, the appointment or reappointment of the company’s auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, and authorizing the board of directors to determine the auditor’s fees.
