ALMowazi Capital Company announced the completion of a strategic cooperation agreement with the Kuwait Financial Brokerage Company to enhance and facilitate electronic trading operations on the shares of unlisted and delisted shareholding companies, providing advanced technical services specifically for the OTC platform, which is the trading system for unlisted securities affiliated with the Boursa Kuwait.

ALMowazi Capital's Chairman and CEO, Mohannad Al-Sane, confirmed that this partnership exemplifies the commitment of both companies to provide advanced electronic services to clients, whether they are shareholders, companies, or investors, and to attract a significant segment of them from unlisted and delisted shareholding companies, especially with the growth in the number of registered companies on the platform, which has reached 141 companies since its launch by the Boursa Kuwait in 2018.

Al-Sane pointed out that by providing an advanced electronic trading system for the OTC platform, it has become easier for all shareholders and investors to trade shares of those shareholding companies with flexibility, speed, and ease, especially since this system focuses on a large segment of unlisted and delisted shareholding company shares. 

He added: "The OTC platform also provides clients, whether from investors, companies, or shareholders, the ability to trade their shares for buying and selling."

For his part, the CEO of the Kuwait Financial Brokerage Company, Mohamed Al-Ghamlas, confirmed the company's eagerness to collaborate with AlMowazi Capital to provide innovative services aimed at revitalizing the market and increasing the client base, especially after the OTC non-listed securities trading system, affiliated with the Boursa Kuwait, has become significant for a large segment of company shareholders and following the noticeable increase in the number of companies registered on the OTC platform.
