On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, Ahli Capital Investment Company held its Extraordinary General Assembly, where it approved amendments to Article 5 of its articles of Association and Article 4 of its articles of incorporation concerning the company’s activities. 

The updated activities will include the following:

•    Establishing or partnering with other companies to carry out the firm's operations.
•    Buying and selling stocks and bonds on behalf of the company.
•    Acquiring real estate and movable assets for the company’s benefit.
•    Acting as a collective investment system manager.
•    Serving as a custodian.
•    Performing investment supervision.
•    Managing investment portfolios.
•    Acting as an underwriting agent.
•    Providing investment advisory services.
•    Functioning as a securities broker not registered with the stock exchange.
•    Conducting and preparing studies, as well as technical, economic, and evaluative consultations, including those related to environmental assessments.

The company is authorized to undertake the activities both in Kuwait and internationally, either directly or through agents. 
Additionally, the company may engage in similar, complementary, or related activities that support its stated objectives.
