The General Assembly of Afaq Educational Services Company, scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, will discuss the final financial statements for the year ending August 31, 2024, as well as the distribution of a cash dividend of 100% (100 Fils per share) to shareholders registered in the company's records up to the date of the assembly.
Additionally, the assembly will elect a new Board of Directors for the next three years.
