Boubyan Petrochemicals Company announced in a statement to the Boursa Kuwait that the Board of Directors of both Equate Petrochemical Company and The Kuwait Olefins Company has approved the distribution of cash dividends for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2024, for each of the companies.
The total cash dividends that Boubyan B will receive amount to KWD 7,267,343, as Boubyan B holds a 9% stake in the capital of both companies.
