The extraordinary general assembly of Al Tafawoq United Holding Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, to discuss the amendment of the number of its board members from three to five.
The assembly will also discuss the amendment of Article No. (14) of the Articles of Incorporation and Association, which will be revised as follows:
The company shall be managed by a Board of Directors consisting of five (5) members, appointed by the entity or entities authorized to delegate representatives to the Board in proportion to their shareholding in the company, while the remaining members shall be elected by the general assembly through a secret ballot.
