Sukuk Holding Company announced that a first-instance ruling has been issued in its favor and in favor of its subsidiary, Gulf Real Estate Development House Company, rejecting the lawsuit filed against them by the Public Authority for Investment in its capacity as the National Real Estate Portfolio Institution.
The lawsuit sought 21 million dinars, plus an annual return of 5.25% for the period from December 30, 2014, until full repayment
