The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has invited shareholders of Taiba Kuwait Holding company to attend an ordinary general assembly meeting in accordance with Articles (206) and (207) of the Companies Law No. 1 of 2016 and its executive regulations. 

The meeting is scheduled for on Monday, February 24, 2025, in the Mubarakiyah Meeting Room at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry building, to discuss the shareholders' request to dismiss the current liquidation committee (Nabil Mohammed Ali Abdul Rasul and Al-Tayeb Ahmed Sadqi Al-Jani) and appoint a new liquidation committee. 

Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting or their representatives are advised to visit the Kuwait Clearing Company with their stock ownership documents to obtain attendance cards or proxy forms.

It was noted that if the quorum is not met, the deferred meeting will be held on Monday, March 3, 2025, at the same location, and this announcement is binding for the deferred meeting.
