The extraordinary general assembly of Universal Payment Services Company , held on December 16, 2024, approved the alignment of its activities according to international standards and the amendment of Article (5) of its Articles of association and Article (4) of its Articles of Incorporation, to include the following: recruitment of specialized technical labor, recruitment of national labor, call center operations, computer programming activities, software design and programming, and website design.

Additionally, the approved activities encompass software maintenance and website design, materials, systems, and communication devices, modern communication services, wholesale sale of computers and peripheral computer equipment, software, operating systems, as well as wholesale sale of electronic equipment and communication devices along with their spare parts.
