The Capital Markets Authority has renewed the securities activity license for EFG Hermes IFA Brokerage Company, allowing the company to operate as a registered securities broker on the stock exchange for a period of three years, renewable thereafter, starting from April 11, 2025. 

This renewal is based on decision No. (25) of 2025 issued by the Authority today, following the review of:

•    Law No. (7) of 2010 concerning the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activity, along with its executive regulations and amendments.
•    The securities activity license certificate for EFG Hermes IFA Brokerage Company, brokerage No. (AP/2013/0011) issued on April 12, 2022.
•    The request from EFG Hermes IFA Brokerage Company for the renewal of the securities activity license with the Authority.
•    Decision No. (4) of 2025 regarding the amendment of final approval powers for the operational procedures of the Supervision Sector, issued on January 12, 2025.
