The Alahleia Swichgear Company for Electrical Panels modified Article No. (5) of its Articles of Incorporation and Article No. (4) of its Article of association during its extraordinary general assembly held on January 23, 2025. 

This adjustment was made to align the company's activities with international classifications related to its purposes, which include the following amended goals:

•    Manufacturing integrated circuits
•    Producing power transformers for electronic applications
•    Manufacturing electric motors, generators, transformers, electrical distribution equipment, and control devices
•    Producing electrical transformers
•    Manufacturing electrical distribution and control devices
•    Rewinding magnetic cores of generators, motors, and electrical transformers
•    Producing parts for generators, motors, and electrical power transformers
