Arabian Beverage Company held its extraordinary general assembly for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at the company’s headquarters.

They approved an amendment to Article 6 of the Articles of Incorporation and Article 5 of their article of association to include the following:

•    Production of refreshing carbonated beverages.
•    Production of refreshing carbonated drinks and flavored beverages with extracts or fruit essences.
•    Production of dairy derivatives.
•    Production of milk and yogurt.
•    Ice cream manufacturing.
•    Production and bottling of water.
•    Production of tomato sauce.
•    Export and import offices.
•    Import of chemical materials.
•    Refrigerated and frozen goods warehouses (cold storage).
•    Transportation of solid and liquid waste.
