The Capital Markets Authority issued decision No. (13) for the year 2025 regarding the renewal of the securities activities license for First Securities Brokerage Company ( Aloula Wasata ) .

The authority stated that the law includes in Article One the renewal of the securities activities license for First Securities Brokerage Company with the Capital Markets Authority to operate as a registered securities broker in the stock exchange.

This renewal is for a period of three years, renewable, starting from April 11, 2025.

The authority also called, as stated in Article Two, for the competent authorities to implement this decision as per their responsibilities, effective from the date of its issuance and published in the official gazette.
