The Alamiah Building Company held its extraordinary general assembly on November 20, 2024, and approved amendments to Article 6 of the Articles of Association and Article 7 of its articles of incorporation, recorded in the commercial registry at the date of December 10, 2019, as follows: 

The company's authorized, issued, and paid-up capital has been set at K.D 10,000,000. (ten million Kuwaiti dinars), distributed over 100,000,000 shares, each with a value of 100 Fils, and all shares are cash and in-kind.

•    Cash shares amounting to K.D 9,200,000. (only nine million two hundred thousand Kuwaiti dinars).
•    In-kind shares valued at K.D 800,000. (only eight hundred thousand Kuwaiti dinars).
