The Capital Markets Authority has decided to renew the securities activities license for Watani Financial Brokerage Company to operate as a registered securities broker in the stock exchange for a period of three years, renewable, starting from April 11, 2025.

The Capital Markets Authority issued decision number (06) for the year 2025 concerning the renewal of the securities activities license for the company after reviewing the following:

• Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activities and its executive regulations and amendments.
• The securities activities license certificate for Watani Financial Brokerage Company number (AP/2013/0009) was issued on April 12, 2022.
• The request from Watani Financial Brokerage Company for the renewal of its securities activities license with the authority.
• Based on decision number (04) for the year 2025 concerning the amendment of the final approval powers for the procedures of the Supervision Sector issued on January 12, 2025.
