The Capital Markets Authority has issued Decision No. (07) of 2025 regarding the revocation of the Securities Activities License for Gatehouse Capital for Economic Consultancy.
This decision follows a review of:
- Law No. (7) of 2010 concerning the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activities, along with its executive regulation and amendments.
- The request submitted by Gatehouse Capital for Economic Consultancy. to revoke all securities activities.
- The extraordinary general assembly resolution of Gatehouse Capital for Economic Consultancy. held on December 16, 2024.
- Based on Decision No. (04) of 2025 regarding amendments to the final approval powers for the work procedures of the Supervisory Sector issued on January 12, 2025.
The Authority has decided as follows:
Article One: The license for all securities activities of Gatehouse Capital for Economic Consultancy is revoked, and the company will be removed from the register of licensed entities with the Capital Markets Authority after fulfilling the Authority's requirements in this regard.
Article Two: The company must fulfill all legal obligations required by Law No. (7) of 2010 concerning the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activities and its executive regulation and amendments for the period prior to the enforcement of this decision.
Article Three: Relevant authorities are to implement this decision, effective from the date of its issuance, and it will be published in the official gazette.
