The Capital Markets Authority has decided to renew the Securities Activities License for KFH Financial Brokerage Company, allowing it to operate as a registered securities broker on the stock exchange for a period of three years, effective from April 11, 2025. The Authority issued Decision No. (09) of 2025 for this renewal after reviewing:

• Law No. (7) of 2010 concerning the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activities, along with its executive regulation and amendments.
• The Securities Activities License for KFH Financial Brokerage Company No. (AP/2013/0007) issued on April 12, 2022.
• The application submitted by KFH Financial Brokerage Company for renewing its Securities Activities License with the Authority.
• Based on Decision No. (04) of 2025 regarding amendments to the final approval powers for the work procedures of the Supervisory Sector issued on January 12, 2025.
