The Capital Markets Authority has issued Decision No. (08) of 2025 regarding the renewal of the Securities Activities License for Altijari Financial Brokerage Company to operate as a registered securities broker on the stock exchange. 

This license is valid for three years, renewable starting from April 11, 2025. The Authority issued this decision after reviewing:

• Law No. (7) of 2010 concerning the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activities, along with its executive regulation and amendments.
• The Securities Activities License for Commercial Financial Brokerage Company No. (AP/2013/0002) issued on April 13, 2022.
• The application submitted by Commercial Financial Brokerage Company for renewing its Securities Activities License with the Authority.
• Based on Decision No. (04) of 2025 regarding amendments to the final approval powers for the work procedures of the Supervisory Sector issued on January 12, 2025.
