Rasiyat Holding Company announced in a disclosure to the Boursa Kuwait today, Sunday, the issuance of Emiri Decree No. (5) of 2025 regarding the Kuwait Technical College owned by its subsidiary (AlSiraj Group Holding).

This decree includes amendments to Article Four of Decree No. (303) of 2005 concerning the licensing for establishing the college, with a second paragraph added stating: "The college grants a bachelor's degree after the diploma according to the (2+2) system in the following specializations upon fulfilling the accreditation requirements as determined by the Council of Private Universities:

Business Administration specialization, a branch of Business Administration at the Kuwait Technical College (Business Administration - Accounting - Finance - Marketing - Information Systems - Supply Chain - Entrepreneurship).

Cybersecurity specialization, a branch of Information Systems and Technology at the Kuwait Technical College.

This decree is based on the provisions of the Constitution and Law No. (34) of 2000 concerning the establishment of private universities, Decree No. (303) of 2005, in addition to Cabinet Resolution No. (1106) of 2000 concerning the executive regulations of the Private Universities Law and its amendments, after the Cabinet's approval and based on the proposal of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
