The International Holding Group will hold its ordinary general assembly for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, on Monday, January 27, 2025, to discuss its financial statements and the Board of Directors' recommendation regarding the non-distribution of profits to shareholders for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. The assembly will also review the reports of the Board of Directors and the auditor, as well as the reports from the Sharia Supervisory Authority and the transactions that have occurred or will occur with related parties.

Additionally, the upcoming general assembly  will address the report on violations and penalties identified by regulatory authorities for the fiscal year ending in 2023, the proposal not to allocate bonuses to Board members, and the discharge and release of Board members from any legal, financial, and administrative responsibilities related to their actions for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023. 

The assembly will also discuss the appointment or reappointment of the auditor and Sharia Supervisory Authority for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, and authorize the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
