The ordinary general assembly of the Projects Holding Company for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, scheduled to be held on Monday, January 27, 2025, will discuss the reports of the Board of Directors and the auditor, as well as the report from the Sharia Supervisory Authority regarding the company's performance for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.

The assembly will also review the reports on violations and penalties identified by regulatory authorities for 2023 and the transactions that have occurred or will occur with related parties.

Furthermore, the upcoming general assembly will address the Board’s recommendation regarding the non-distribution of profits to shareholders for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and the proposal not to allocate bonuses to Board members. It will also cover the discharge and release of Board members from any legal, financial, and administrative responsibilities related to their actions for the fiscal year ending in 2023.

Additionally, the assembly will discuss the appointment or reappointment of the company's auditor and Sharia Supervisory Authority for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, and authorize the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
