The Board of Directors of the Grand Real Estate Projects Company has invited its shareholders to attend its ordinary general assembly for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, on Monday, January 27, 2025. 

The assembly will discuss the reports of the Board of Directors and the company's auditors, as well as the reports from the Sharia Supervisory Authority and the violations and penalties issued by regulatory authorities for the fiscal year ending in 2023.

The agenda will include hearing the report on transactions that have taken place or will take place with related parties, discussing the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and reviewing the Board's recommendation regarding the non-distribution of profits to shareholders for the year 2023.

Moreover, the assembly will discuss granting the Board of Directors authorization to purchase shares of the company up to a maximum of 10% of the total shares at their market value, as stipulated by the Companies Law, with the purchase period not exceeding 18 months from the date of the general assembly or within the period allowed by law. The proposal to not allocate bonuses to Board members will also be discussed, along with their discharge and release from any legal, financial, and administrative liabilities related to their actions for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and the election of a new Board of Directors for the next three years.

Additionally, the company's upcoming general assembly will address the appointment or reappointment of the company’s auditors and Sharia Supervisory Authority for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, as well as authorize the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
