The Beyout Investment Group( Big Holding)  announced in a disclosure to the Boursa Kuwait on Wednesday that it, along with one of its subsidiaries Real Estate House Company, has secured first place in the technical and financial evaluation results for the pre-qualification of companies applying for the development, design, implementation, investment, operation, management, and maintenance of the Mubarakiya Markets Development and its associated parking facilities (the commercial area and municipal park).

The alliance includes the following companies:

•    Real Estate House Company. (The leader of the alliance).
•    Beyout Investment Holding Company (BIG Holding)
•    National Investments Company (NIC).
•    Arkan AL-Kuwait Real Estate Company.
•    First United Trading & Contracting Company
