The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has invited the shareholders of United Gulf shipping and Rocks Company to attend its ordinary general assembly on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, in the meeting hall at Al-Mubarakiah, first floor, Ministry of Commerce and Industry building, Ministries Complex, Block 2. This invitation is in accordance with Articles (206) and (207) of Companies Law No. 1 of 2016 and its executive regulations, to consider the request from shareholders to dissolve the company's Board of Directors and elect a new one.

Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting or their representatives are advised to check with the Kuwait Clearing Company. It was clarified that if the quorum is not met, the meeting will be postponed to Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the same venue.
