The extraordinary general assembly of Gatehouse Capital for Economic Consulting, held on December 16, 2024, approved an amendment to Article 5 of the Articles of Incorporation and Article 4 of its bylaws to read as follows: 

The purposes for which the company was established are as follows: 

economic consulting, buying and selling shares and bonds on behalf of the company, organizing and managing meetings and conferences, owning real estate and movable property for the benefit of the company, and utilizing the financial surpluses available to the company by investing them in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities, subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities.
