The extraordinary general assembly of International Leasing and Investment Company convened on Sunday, December 22, 2024, and approved the amendment of Article 5 of the Article of Association and Article 4 of its articles of incorporation pertaining to the company’s objectives, which are now as follows:

•    Management and leasing of owned or leased properties.
•    Management and leasing of owned or leased residential properties.
•    Management and leasing of owned or leased non-residential properties.
•    Management and operation of serviced apartments.
•    Management and operation of hotels.
•    Owning properties and movable assets for the benefit of the company.
•    Managing third-party properties.
•    Managing and developing land and real estate.
•    Property evaluation services.
•    Property reservation services.
•    Building maintenance services.
•    Management and organization of exhibitions and conferences.
