The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has invited the shareholders of United Gulf Shipping & Rocks Company to attend its ordinary general assembly on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the meeting hall at Al-Mubarakia, first floor of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry building, Government Complex, Block 2. 

This is in accordance with Articles (206) and (207) of the Companies Law No. 1 for the year 2016 and its executive regulations to consider the shareholders' request to dissolve the company's Board of Directors and elect a new one.

The shareholders wishing to attend the meeting or those representing them have been asked to review the premises of the Kuwait Clearing Company. It was clarified that if the quorum is not met, a postponed meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the same venue.
