The Extraordinary General Assembly of the Altijari Financial Brokerage Company, held on Sunday, December 15, 2024, approved the amendment of Article 5 of the Articles of Association and Article 4 of its articles of incorporation to be as follows:
The purposes for which the company was established are as follows: registered securities brokerage in the stock exchange, buying and selling stocks and bonds on behalf of the company, and buying and selling land and real estate exclusively on behalf of the company, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities.
