TAIBA Kuwait Holding Company (in liquidation) will hold its ordinary general assembly on December 30, 2024, to discuss the reports from the liquidation committee and the auditor, as well as any penalties and violations (if any) reported by the relevant authorities for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, and to approve them.

The assembly will also review the company's financial statements for the financial year ended 2023 and will grant discharge to the liquidation committee regarding all legal, financial, and administrative actions taken during the year ending December 31, 2023. Additionally, the assembly will appoint or reappoint the company’s auditors for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, and delegate the liquidation committee to determine their fees.
