The Capital Markets Authority has issued Decision No. (163) of 2024, renewing the securities activities license for Rasameel Holding Company to perform the following functions:
- Investment Portfolio Manager
- Investment Consultant
- Collective Investment System Manager
- Underwriting Agent
This license is granted for three years and is eligible for renewal, starting from March 14, 2025. The decision was made after a review of the following:
- Law No. (7) of 2010, which establishes the Capital Markets Authority and regulates securities activities, along with its executive regulations and amendments.
- The existing securities activities license for Rasameel Investment Company, numbered (AP/2016/0005), issued on March 15, 2022.
- The application submitted by Rasameel Investment Company to renew its securities activities license.
- Additionally, Decision No. (24) of 2023, which pertains to modifications in the final approval authority for the operations of the Supervision Sector, was issued on February 12, 2023.
