Boursa Kuwait announced on Sunday, December 22, 2024, the registration of AlSiraj Group Holding Company among the continuous trading companies, authorized to trade on the platform for unlisted companies under number 486.

It is noteworthy that the company has approved an increase in its authorized, issued, and paid-up capital from KWD 4,119,871 to KWD 6,000,000 by an amount of KWD 1,880,129 at a nominal value of 100 Fils per share. 

This capital increase will be paid in a single installment and will be allocated to the current shareholders registered in the company’s records as of the date of the general assembly meeting, with authorization granted to the Board of Directors to establish the controls and conditions for capital calls.

Rasiyat Holding Company announced on October 31, 2024, its approval to subscribe to the increased share capital of its subsidiary, AlSiraj Group Holding Company, in accordance with the right of preference stipulated in Article (12) of the Articles of Association, by depositing the subscription amount totaling 1,750,405.160 million Kuwaiti Dinars.
