Arabian Holding Group announced that its subsidiary, Arabian EnerTech Company, has coordinated with a local bank to renew two out of three murabaha agreements for a total value of 6.6 million Kuwaiti Dinars.
The company indicated that the two murabaha agreements will be renewed by March 15, 2025, noting that work is ongoing to renew the third murabaha included in the same contract.
The company stated that the financial impact of this action is reflected in the reclassification of current and non-current liabilities.
