Gulf Investment House Company announced the issuance of an appeal ruling in the case of appointing an expert in favor of its subsidiary, Afar Holding Company, according to a statement to the Boursa Kuwait on Sunday.

The "Gulf Investment House" clarified that the lawsuit was brought by Afar Holding for the appointment of an expert regarding its investment in the Al-Dhyafa Al-Ahliya Real Estate, amounting to KWD 3,150,000 and the claim for compensation against Al-Dhyafa Al-Ahliya Real Estate, Jibla Holding Company, and Warba Capital Holding (formerly known as Boubyan International Industries Holding Company).

The "Gulf Investment House" noted in its statement that it cannot currently determine the financial impact.
