- Hearing the report on transactions with related parties that took place during the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and approving them, as well as authorizing the company to engage in transactions with related parties during the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025.
- Discussing the Board of Directors' recommendation not to distribute dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024.
