The General Assembly of  Waterfront Real Estate Company, which is convened on November 13, 2024, approved the addition of Article (56) to the company's Articles of Association, which states: 

-  The Ordinary General Assembly may, based on a proposal from the Board of Directors, distribute profits to shareholders at the end of the financial year or at the end of each financial period (semi-annually or quarterly). 

- The validity of this distribution requires that it is from real profits, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, and does not impact the paid capital of the company. 

- The Ordinary General Assembly is authorized to empower the Board of Directors to distribute interim profits (semi-annually or quarterly) as mentioned above.
Furthermore, the assembly approved amending Article (53) of its article of association.
