The Capital Markets Authority announced today, Thursday, that it has issued Decision No. (160) of 2024 regarding the licensing request submitted by Ahli Capital Investment Company to operate in securities activities.
According to the Authority's statement, approval has been granted to the company to act as an unregistered securities broker on the stock exchange. This approval is effective for six months and can be renewed, commencing today, and expiring on June 4, 2025, contingent upon the company meeting the Authority's specified criteria.
The company will be authorized to operate after fulfilling the requirements detailed in the preliminary approval letter issued by the Authority. The license is valid for three years and may be renewed from the date the Authority’s license certificate is issued, following the payment of the necessary fees.
