Boubyan Petrochemical Company announced in a disclosure to the Boursa Kuwait that the Board of Directors of both EQUATE Petrochemical Company and OTC 507 The Kuwait Olefins Company has approved the distribution of cash dividends for the third quarter ending on September 30, 2024.
Since Boubyan Petrochemical Company holds a 9% stake in the capital of each company, the total cash dividends it will receive amount to approximately 3,933,480 Kuwaiti Dinars.
The impact of these distributions will be reflected in the financial statements for the third quarter, ending January 31, 2025.
