Massaleh Investments Company has announced the opening of nominations for its Board of Directors for a period of two weeks starting today, Thursday, November 28, 2024, including the position of "Independent Member."

The company invites those who wish to nominate themselves for membership on its Board, and who meet the required qualifications for a board member according to the standards of competence, integrity, and corporate governance outlined in the fifth and fifteenth books of the Executive Regulations of Law No. 7 of 2010 concerning the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activities and its amendments, as well as the provisions of the Commercial Companies Law and the company's Articles of Association, to fill out the candidate information on the nomination form prepared by the Capital Markets Authority and submit it along with supporting documents to confirm compliance with the required conditions to the company at its headquarters. 

This must be done by the end of the two-week period, during the hours of 9 AM to 1 PM.

It was clarified that the nomination form, including the required conditions, is available on the company's website. Please note that any applications that do not meet the required conditions and necessary documentation will not be considered.
