The extraordinary general assembly of Ifa Food Company, held on October 20, 2024, unanimously agreed to amend Article (4) of the Articles of Association and Article (5) of the Article of Incorporation by adding new activities to its operations as follows:

•    Food preparations, management of food equipment, and restaurant management.
•    Central markets for non-food items and central markets for food items.
•    Retail sale of food items, packaging and wrapping of food products, wholesale sale of food and beverages, wholesale of various types of drinks (both hot and cold), bottling of liquids, including drinks and food, production of food extracts and flavorings (rose water, vanilla, etc.), 
•    wholesale sale of meat and its products, as well as fish products, and the production of refreshing carbonated beverages and drinks flavored with fruit extracts or essences.
•    engage in the production of refreshing carbonated drinks.
•    production of flavored beverages with fruit extracts or essences.
•    wholesale and retail of meat products.
•    storage in warehouses.
•    storage in grain and flour silos.
•    food warehouses, and agricultural products storage.
•    wholesale and retail of fish products and other seafood products, as well as retail of live poultry.
•    Fast food outlets.
•    Export and import offices.
•    Ownership of real estate and movable property necessary for conducting its business within the limits permitted by law, and ownership of real estate and movable property for the benefit of the company.
•    Investing financial surpluses in financial portfolios through investments in specialized financial portfolios managed by companies and institutions.
