Arabi Holding Group announced in a statement to the Boursa Kuwait on Tuesday, that it has completed all procedures related to the capital increase of its subsidiary, Arab EnerTech, from an authorized, issued, and paid amount of KD 15,025,000 (Fifteen Million and Twenty-Five Thousand Kuwaiti Dinars) to a total amount of KD 20,025,000 (Twenty Million and Twenty-Five Thousand Kuwaiti Dinars).
Arab reported that the group's ownership percentage after its contribution to the increase is 79.80%, and that the financial impact of the capital increase of "Arab Energy and Technology" is an increase in Arab Holding Group's ownership in Arab Energy by 6.72%, bringing it to 79.80%.
