Saad Group Holding Company held its extraordinary general assembly on October 31, 2024, and approved the amendment of the company's financial year to commence on April 1 and conclude on March 31 each year, starting from the 2025 financial year.
The current financial year 2024 will begin on January 1 and end on March 31, 2025.
Accordingly, the assembly approved the amendment of Article (43) of the company’s bylaws.
