Al-Dhabi Holding Company will hold its ordinary general assembly for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, on Thursday, December 5, 2024,  to review the agenda items as follows:

•    Hearing the Board of Directors' report for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, and ratifying it.
•    Hearing the company’s auditor's report for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, and ratifying it.
•    Discussing and approving the financial statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2023.
•    Hearing a report on transactions that have occurred or will occur with related parties.
•    Hearing a report on violations imposed on the company during the financial year ending December 31, 2023, by regulatory authorities (if any).
•    Discussing the Board of Directors’ recommendation not to distribute dividends for the financial year ending December 31, 2023.
•    Discussing the Board of Directors’ proposal not to distribute bonuses to Board members for the financial year ending December 31, 2023.
•    Discussing the discharge of Board members from all legal, financial, and administrative actions related to their management of the company for the financial year ending December 31, 2023.
•    Appointing or reappointing the company’s auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, and authorizing the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
The Board of Directors indicated that if the legally required quorum for the ordinary general assembly is not met, a second (postponed) meeting will be held at its headquarters on Thursday, December 12, 2024, and this notice will be valid for the second meeting regardless of the number of shares represented.
