The general assembly of Universal Payment Services Company will discuss on December 5, 2024, the reports of the Board of Directors, auditors, and the Sharia auditor, along with a report on violations related to the financial statements issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, and to ratify them.

The assembly will also approve the consolidated financial statements and profit and loss account for the fiscal year ending in 2023, as well as the approval of transactions with related parties, and the discharge of the members of the Board of Directors from all legal actions concerning their management of the company for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.
